Getting started

Like in every relationship, communication is the first step! If you contact us via voicemail, email, or Facebook, return calls are generally made within 48 hours. Return phone calls are generally made between 10am and 7pm. Our kennel is closed Wednesdays and Sundays, any calls made on those days will be returned on the following business day. 

All training relationships start with a free evaluation. Once you schedule and eval with us, expect  a reminder text the morning of your appointment. If you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason, please contact us 24 hours in advance. We understand that sometimes life happens! If you are running late please do us the courtesy of letting us know. 

When you arrive, generally one of our trainers will greet you and escort you to the kennel. Please have your dog on leash and under control. We do not expect your dog to be perfect by any means! (That's likely the reason you called us in the first place!) But, please do not let your dog run loose on our property without permission. 

If your dog has any fearful, nervous, or aggressive behaviors, please forewarn our trainers before your eval to ensure the safety of you, your dog, and our staff. 

At your eval you can expect to discuss your goals for training with your dog, and any concerns you may have. We will introduce you to our trainers and facility, explain our programs and options that may suit you and your dog.  You are welcome and  urged to ask any and all questions at this time, and of course, follow up calls are always welcome if there is something you did not think of or forgot during your eval. 

There is absolutely no pressure to sign up, or book a kennel spot during the evaluation, but you are of course welcome to do so if you feel so inclined!

Kennel spaces are limited, and are a first come first serve basis. Spots are reserved with a non refundable deposit (amount depends on your program choice). 

Expect a call or text a day or two before your drop off date, so we can secure a time and tie up and loose ends before your dog arrives for his/her board and train. If for any reason you need to reschedule or cancel your board and train, please contact us as soon as possible!
